Because more than ever we all need dreams and magic, Disneyland Paris is preparing a dream program for Christmas, including the arrival of a brand new Christmas parade which will be presented day and night with an effect of more sparkling, but also the return of the Chefs' Enchanted Eves. And as good news never comes alone, Disneyland Paris will also celebrate the return of the unmissable Disney Illuminations night show on December 21, as well as the show The Lion King and the Rhythms of the Earth which returns from October. . The magic of Disneyland Paris will shine brightly at the end of 2021!

Disney's Enchanted Christmas, from November 13, 2021 to January 9, 2022

Why wait until the end of December when you can celebrate Christmas in November? As a family, as a couple or with friends, the important thing will be to share this unique and long-awaited moment together.

From November 13, Disneyland Paris will wrap itself in the magic of Christmas to make young and old dream and celebrate Christmas as it should be. In Disneyland Park, a majestic fir tree, sparkling with a thousand lights and measuring 24 meters high, will welcome visitors as soon as they arrive and the illuminations of Main Street, USA will guide them to the Castle of Sleeping Beauty… Snowflake on the cake ? It will snow more than 12 times a day on Main Street, USA!

For this unique Christmas, many iconic Disney Characters, such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy or Stitch, but also Santa Claus himself (until December 25 inclusive), will put on their most beautiful festive costumes to enhance the magic of winter in the two Disney Parks.

Magical stays
  • The Disney Hotels will also put on their winter coats to welcome visitors in a unique Christmas atmosphere.
  • The decoration, the photo points with the Disney Characters and the shops and restaurants will prolong the magic of the most magical season of the year!
  • Guests can also book a selection of specially themed rooms including surprise Christmas gift packages for adults and children at Disney's Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and Disney's Newport Bay Club.
Chefs' Enchanted New Year's Eve
  • Enchanted Chefs' Eve on December 24 and 31 and brunches on December 25 and January 1.
  • Unique experience during which visitors will be able to enjoy exceptional menus in the restaurants of the two Disney Parks and Disney Hotels.
  • To celebrate the start of the New Year, guests who have booked a Chefs' Eve in Disneyland Park will also have access to New Year's Eve to enjoy a selection of attractions, accompanied by Disney characters.

New: "Mickey and his Sparkling Christmas Parade", a shot of magic to celebrate winter

For several years, the Disneyland Paris teams have been working in secret on the production of “Mickey and his Sparkling Christmas Parade”… They are now happy to be able to present the brand new parade that will light up the eyes of young and old for Christmas!

This unprecedented parade will be made up of 5 extraordinary luminous floats, featuring Mickey and his friends, but also the Disney Princesses and Santa Claus, accompanied by Tinkerbell.

Each of the floats will represent scenes and decorations typical of Christmas celebrations, flanked by parade performers also dressed in luminous costumes, specially designed for the occasion.

With light projections on the facades strewn along the route, it is a truly dazzling spectacle that awaits visitors throughout this season at Disneyland Park!

Disneyland Paris will welcome its visitors this winter in an enchanting setting, ideal for capturing magical moments in photos, in particular thanks to the presence of many Disney Characters in Christmas costumes in the photo points of the two Parks.

The magic of Christmas will also be experienced through Disneyland Paris' immersive catering offer decked out in its finest attire for the occasion, in the various restaurants, from table service to quick take-out service. Whether you are young or old, with a small or big hunger, there will be something for all tastes and all desires! Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide variety of seasonal dishes such as turkey stuffed with chestnuts or Yule log, but also a vegan offer including pan-fried spelled with asparagus and morels***. A selection of delicacies that are both tasty and resolutely "Instagramable" such as the Minnie Christmas tartlet, the Spice Christmas trees, the Kouglof Rudolphe or the "Olaf'choc'o'neige", a hot drink with mashed banana and whipped cream will be offered. Visitors will also be able to find cocktails with and without alcohol in the colors of the season in the bars.

An enriched Christmas season with iconic shows that are making a comeback at Disneyland Paris

By coming during the Christmas season, visitors to Disneyland Paris will be able to live a rich experience by taking advantage of the return of many shows, including The Lion King and the Rhythms of the Earth will already have reopened in October. And the icing on the cake, the nighttime Disney Illuminations show will be back on December 21.

The magic of Disneyland Paris will shine brightly with the return of Disney Illuminations. This nocturnal spectacle is an avant-garde concentrate of technology, made up of sound and light, projections, water jets and breathtaking pyrotechnic effects. Mickey will lead visitors every evening, on the silhouette of the Castle, on a captivating journey in the footsteps of the heroes of masterpieces of animation and legendary films. From December 21, it will once again transport the public to a dimension where the stories of The little MermaidThe world of Nemo or even of Snow Queen, come to life. They will witness an incredible naval battle with the Black Pearl, Captain Jack Sparrow's legendary ship, but also a spectacular sequence in hyperspace where Star Wars fans will find the Millennium Falcon, TIE Figthers, Stormtroopers and much more. …

The Lion King and the Rhythms of the Earth will make a roaring return to Disneyland Park from October 23, 2021. This 30-minute show was created especially for Disneyland Paris. Singers, dancers, acrobats and percussionists bring the adventures of Simba, Nala, Rafiki, Timon and Pumbaa to life with impressive choreography and original costumes. Meet every day at the Frontierland Theater, at Disneyland Park, to (re)live the cult moments of the film The Lion King with music that rocked several generations, re-orchestrated by Disneyland Paris.

The show will also be "chansigné" in French sign language on weekends (subject to availability). The “chansigne” is a form of expression which choreographs the movements and makes it possible to transcribe the lyrics as well as the intensity and the emotion of a song.
