He thus underlines the duality between the mythological and human aspects of the Super Hero, using the effects of forced perspective to bring out the action.
- French MARVEL artist Stephanie Hans, created an awe-inspiring realistic portrayal of a determined and strong Captain Marvel, depicted in midair and surrounded by her photonic power in Asgardians of the Galaxy, Black Bolt and many more.
- British comic artist Tula Lotay, whose work on MARVEL Comics includes stories of powerful characters like Black Widow, Gamora and Scarlet Witch, crafted a vibrant and strong, comic book-style portrayal of Black Widow, whose black costume contrasts against the almost expressionistic background in bright colors.
- Italian designers and twin brothers Van Orton, have created incredible pop art and almost neon portraits of the Hulk, Captain America, Black Panther and Captain Marvel using bright colors.
- British artist Liam Brazier, known for his geometric reinterpretations of iconic characters, has created several pieces for the hotel, including heroic contemporary portraits of Captain America, Thor and Hulk using saturated, vivid colors and lines emphasizing the dynamism of the Super Heroes' poses.
- The spanish artist carlos gomez created huge black-and-white backlit comic signs that greet residents as they enter the lobby, depicting the exciting and dynamic story of the Avengers uniting in New York City, understandable to all, even without dialogue.
Disney's Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel also includes a space dedicated to temporary art exhibitions, The Jack Kirby Legacy Gallery. This space also offers a permanent exhibition dedicated to Jack Kirby himself – the “King of Comics” – with 21 comic book covers drawn by this legendary artist. It is to him that we owe the creation of the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, the Incredible Hulk, the adventures of Thor and the Avengers. Downtown Restaurant
THE Downtown Restaurant is a culinary journey through cosmopolitan New York, with a buffet presenting a mix of specialties and dishes prepared live in front of visitors by the Chefs, referencing Chinatown, Little Italy and American classics. This is a restaurant inspired by dinners New Yorkers of the Art Deco era. It celebrates the art and tradition of comics with 90 works representing a very wide variety of MARVEL Super Heroes.
Skyline Bar
THE Skyline Bar offers a variety of cocktails, including signature martinis and American-inspired snacks. THE Bleecker Street Lounge is a lounge bar created in the spirit of a loft in the center of Manhattan with its bricks and concrete walls. It's a subtle nod to Doctor Strange and the Sanctum Sanctorum on Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village. Casual and trendy, it serves Doctor Strange-inspired drinks for adults and children, as well as snacks, micro-beers, organic wine or delicious hot chocolate.
Technological innovations
For reduce queues and waiting time upon check-in, residents can pre-register online seven days prior to arrival. They just have to pick up their Magic Pass at reception before going directly to the Disney Parks. Then, like the residents are now informed of their room number by SMS or e-mail, they can enjoy the Parks while their room is being prepared.
In order to facilitate the organization of their stay, hotel residents can book a time slot using the dedicated mobile application, up to seven days before their arrival, to experience epic moments in the Super Hero Station And take a memorable selfie with Spider-Man.

For this unique occasion, Matt has created a limited edition MARVEL artwork. This epic work in 40 x 50 cm format represents MARVEL Super Heroes in front of the famous skyline New York, where you will recognize the Disney's Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and other famous MARVEL buildings like the Avengers Tower.
In addition to the MARVEL work offered by reservation, each participant in the stay will be able to enjoy a free soft drink of their choice in one of the hotel's bars with a typical New York atmosphere. Visitors can choose from delicious non-alcoholic beverages including virgin signature cocktails like the Hulk where the Ancient Tea with honey (inspired by Doctor Strange).
